Unfortunately I won't be at the meeting tomorrow...I live in WA and am actually watching this unfold from Rottnest Island.
Whilst I have asked these questions I haven't recieved answers so it would be good if someone at the meeting could try to corner these guys...

"Has the board or management discussed with Ozl's current banks, over the last week or so, the changing environment and possibility of releasing Ozl completely from the requirement of repaying all loans?"

"Has the board or management discussed with Ozl's current banks, over the last week or so, the possibility of further extending its loans (at reasonable rates) to allow OZl to better consider/negotiate alternative bids?"

"Has the board or management discussed with banks other than Ozl's current banks, over the last week or so, the possibility of coming on board, considering the change in world and company financial circumstances?"

I believe these (questions and) answers need to be on formal record.
