? We make two changes to Macquarie Marquee Ideas this week.
? We add Lynas Corporation (LYC, Outperform, TP: $2.30, TSR: 96.6%) to our MMI list. Lynas is close to first production from its Mount Weld Rare Earth Project. Commissioning of the Concentration Plant in Western Australia is on track, Lynas is now stockpiling concentrate onsite in preparation for start-up of
the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP). The site tour in Malaysia next week is a possible catalyst.

About the MMI list

Macquarie Marquee Ideas (MMIs)
represent our best alpha-generating
ideas.
MMIs represent a collection of Macquarie
Research's best ideas derived from our
coverage universe of ~300 stocks in Australia
and New Zealand. The time frame for each
idea is typically three months, with the list
reviewed every week. Stocks may be
removed from the list earlier than the three
month typical duration if the particular MMI
has played out and expected outperformance
of the idea has materialised. Similarly MMIs
may remain on the list for longer than three
months if significant alpha is still to be
generated. The MMI list is supplementary to
our Australian Strategy Portfolio. It is
expected that at any one time there will be
between three and fourteen MMIs.
Selection criteria reflect high levels of
analyst conviction and near term
catalysts
The MMI list is selected by a group of
Macquarie Research Senior Analysts,
Strategists, the Quant Team and by Heads of
Research. MMI's are typically in line with the
analysts' fundamental view. However
emphasis is on level of conviction and the
existence of catalysts over the next quarter.
In order for institutional investors to
realistically consider MMIs, minimum stock
turnover requirements have also been
included.
