i'm pretty sure when the options and warrants get executed which I believe the average price is around $0.675 that cash, we used to ensure no further dilution for the large holders as there is many and long-term, they are in control this stock, with the large amount, they hold; ) but hey, if your investment mandate is better aligned with PLS, then maybe you should head over to that thread and spend your valuable time there : )
