Yes it is, everyone complains about shorters. they are no different to traders that go long by borrowing money.
shorting destroys weak companies.....hence good for the economy.
SGH is a weak company when it was $7. It had a lot risk of risk ({it was reliant on an industry to keep on feeding lawyers}...especially risk unknown to CEO and the board. But as you know mighty UK insurance market allowed a lot lawyers to get rich.
However now Slaters is very cheap at 70 cents. But upper limit now is only $1.50. Long way to go for a lot of investors.
