That is why we need to get every other shareholders not control by MM to vote this deal down. The board is not transparent, why is it we as shareholders have to get the details about other proposal through the media. Clearly even the blind can see the board ulterior motives, they continue to earn their millions in pay package while we shareholders who supported the company for years through DRP etc... lose out.
