Hi Jacquie, the nominees were once reported as being "Chinese". I just said MM to emphasise the China bit. If Chinalco or any other Chinese Co are nominees, who is going to stand up and say -YOU can't vote - because you are all owned by the Chinese Govt.. Asic, asx etc have never queried who those banks are holding for - why not ? Surely there should be a time limit on declaring who the Nominees actually are. Makes a mockery out of knowing exactly who owns a company. M.
