    I accepted the Macquarie offer to take my entire holding of BCS shares (less than 50,000 shares), but I keep getting letters from BCS saying that I have a continued liability. Has anyone else received confirmation from Macquarie about their acceptance? I'll ring up tomorrow, but I'm starting to stress thinking that they didn't receive my acceptance latter.....
