macquarie online trading problems

First it was Westpac, now it's Macqaurie. Their whole website is down. Banking, trading the lot.
What is going on?
I am in a trade I want to close out and I can do nothing.
I called macqaurie prime and they say they cannot even close out the trade as the whole network is down.
The best they can do is call me when it is up again.
Meanwhile my profits are slowly being eroded.
What a joke!
At the end of the day what can you do?
