why? as long as they are expanding the earning and generates ample cash flow dividend isn't the issue
market don't price stocks on dividend payment, it judges the business on balance sheets and earning and growth profile
having said that I thinking LOV can probably manage both (div and growth) but the pace they are expanding they do need a fair bit of capital
and if they need to slow dividend payment I am happy with that
