macquarie has a price target on PEM of a $1

there have been more downgrades.

and the stock is rated as neutral.

it is currently trading on a PE ratio of -164

eps are in the negatives, and a turn around only likely if CBH merger is successful.

plenty of risk here.

I expect a big bounce at some point.

IF CBH heads to 16 cents. I think PEM will be around 40 odd cents.

either way interesting times.
