I probably wouldn't read too much into what Macquarie have done.

I think most of lenders have been adjusting their rates down recently. From quick research:

Westpac / BT - 0%

St.George - 0%

CBA - Don't think CNP or CER are even on their list.

ANZ/eTrade - Removed from standard margin loan, now only available at 40% for diversfied loan.

NAB - Reduced CER to 50% recently. CNP looks like it has been removed.

GS/JBWere - Couldn't find CNP or CER on their list.
