It means CNP is going from 55% collateral (or 45% LVR) to 70% collateral (or 30% LVR).
i.e. you need more security/cash/equity lodged against the stock than before. Generally when collateral increases (LVR decreasing) its the lender being cautious and willing to lend less against the stock.
