Who, in their right mind, would be buying on margin in the present investment climate? I can't see this ann. making any difference to CNP, unless it reduces the possibilty of short selling. That, of course, would be postive for the SP.
I don't know, of corse, if this means that those investors with a short position in CNP MUST close their positions. Would this be positive for CNP's SP?
