    Next DC Mkt Cap is 4.2 billion for .18 billion in est revenue this year. Mkt Cap is 23x the revenue.
    DXN Mkt Cap is 0.024 billion for .005 to .006 billion in est revenue this year. Mkt Cap is 4x to 5x the revenue.

    NextDC was not profitable in its H1 results for FY1920.
    Neither was DXN.

    Next DC is way over valued, DXT is way undervalued.
    I suspect both are true. wink.png
