One question asked, "You are a sizable mining company with access to crucial infrastructure. Are you a takeover target?"

DF,"We think there is a lot of strategic value in what we have got, and so we are cheap. And while we are affordable and countries like China are really undersupplied in iron ore, we are going to be attractive to groups who are interested in infrastructure. If someone were to come along and make an offer, we would be doing our darndest to prevent it."
