Really impressive to see GGP shifting gears from a speculative junior to a full-scale development story. The broker research backing it up is strong, and the proximity of Havieron to Telfer is clearly a big part of the investment case. Having infrastructure already in place — processing plant, power, logistics — really puts GGP in a different league compared to most juniors.Something I’ve found interesting while looking into the Paterson Province more broadly is just how valuable that infrastructure becomes for the whole region. With GGP leading the charge, the surrounding ground starts to look more strategic. There are a few other tenements in that neighbourhood that could benefit indirectly from the development momentum and infrastructure buildout.One area that’s even closer to Telfer than Havieron caught my attention — it’s early-stage and not in the same league as GGP yet, but potentially worth watching depending on how things unfold across the province. If infrastructure sharing or toll treatment ever becomes a regional topic, being within trucking distance of Telfer could be significant.For now, all eyes on GGP’s DFS and what that unlocks. But it’s always interesting how one strong anchor project can sometimes lift the broader region with it.
