Looking at the big picture, I believe the strategy behind keeping cash on hand is to reduce future infill drilling and development costs while not becoming a target before potential earnings are realised. We know from previous drilling results that there is a monster down there and I believe that the management team are trying to keep a lid on it until it is at the mine planning stage.
