By my calculations, every option paid to a MacPac emplyee, in lieu of reward for effort, is now under-water. How much longer do you think these loyal, hardworking emplyees will continue to work on the "promise & prayer" principal, whilst the Directors rip out their bonuses irrespective of performance?
Macqurie Bank is now in trouble. Not because of lack of backing from the Institutionals...but because of lack of incentive from their employees.
