Agree with the 'unknown &the known known's' analogy, ie future oil price landscape. The company should have a handle on the flowrates & associated costs & balance payment to PBR. What they cant control is the geopolitical events from across the globe that will impact demand/supply issues.
Dont think there is any impact to KAR after the FPSO's owner Altera-Ocyan filed for Chapter-11 on 15th Aug.
Bauna (and the other 4 producer on the ASX for that matter) are but a teardrop with its 14k bopd flowrate, when compared to a Behemoth producer at 13 mmboepd, sub-10/bbl costs & massive HY Profits (USD 87.9 bil) after Royalty (48b) & Tax payments (74b). Aramco's Royalty 'take' shoots up to 80% when POO sits above USD100/bbl, just mind-boggling numbers.
