If Macquarie has acquired the 20,000,000 shares today that takes them perilously close to the magical 20% for a takeover under Corporations Law.

The little else they need to can be bought onmarket in one morning.

They would now have 19.72% of the share registry if was indeed them who acquired the 20m shares a short while ago.
