I am sure that Brett Fogarty will resign from the GRD board within the next day or so, but certainly before the General Meeting later this month. Obviously a new director will be appointed which will be interesting to see. Nobody should be surprised by Brett's departure as it was a well known forgone conclusion. Brett has other fish to fry and has wanted to move on for the past 12 months. It will get very interesting from here on in my opinion. It has been very well known in investment circles that Brett has been a seller so this should have now removed the cap on the share price and should provide some interesting action moving into the future.
