would Fogarty have to get permission from the rest of the board to divest his shares? if so would they agree to selling to Macquarie if this gives Macquarie such a majority holding. I thought the board was not that keen on macquarie. Maybe he sold to other funds to diversify the register further. Will be very interesting to see the announcements re holdings.
