Morgan Stanley analyst Andrew McLeod upgraded Macquarie Technology Group to Overweight from Underweight with a price target of A$100, up from A$50. The financial and strategic value of the company's DC assets are undervalued, the analyst tells investors in a research note. While the structural tailwinds for DCs are well known, but AI is now set to drive the need for higher compute power over next 3-5 years, the firm added.
