This is a tip. I repeat a Tip. A major shareholder of Macquarie bank has been in negotiation with a very large and notorious American based consortium in which Cheney is also interested over which the US consortium is proposing to buy out the shareholder.
Although there is no resistance, there are no signs he has refused or is unwilling to seel or the buyer is unwilling to buy at whatever the price. But there will be one super rish family in Australia in the leagues of Bill Gates if this goes through.
