defab,
I am as certain (as I could be) that the capital transaction will involve splitting CER into two seperate companies - CER-Aust and CER-USA. This is no simple task and will need a lot of argy bargy with bankers and loans.
I have completely ruled out any cap raising in near futurs simply because CNP (with currently 51%) would not be allowed (by bankers) to put any money into CER and conversely cannot allow their CER holdings to drop below 50% as this would trigger a change in accounting standard.
But at present it is just a waiting game. First real news now will be 1/2 yearly financials - and there will be no 1/2 yearly dividend.
