On a slightly different note, EU today accepted further, new sanctions against Russia. While companies like Norilsk don't appear to be effected yet, if this does come into play, then bets are on for a major rise in Ni.
Not long ago, all this seemed unlikely, but the way things are shaping up in that part of the world, who knows.
