Legal action actually not working, these kind of news just noises from media and... the big holders just try to upset the retail investors to limit the loss... they need to and have to follow the market... otherwise the ASIC or ASX will investigate again...
from my opinion, investors need to take own responsibility to their invest, seeing the truth from the fake information... you cannot take legal action because you loss money, the excuse for misleading or fake info... ASIC have already drop the investigation...
bad management is the only thing they can argue.... but I doubt it... from last year, so many IPO companies decrese 50%-100% even exit the ASX...
because of Nuix is famous and the largest IPO, the Law firm just need reputaion from the law suit...
Hopefully we can recover some loss, best wish for everyone.
