Sunday programe revealed a tape procured by a dudded previous employee of Macquarie that clearly quoted an Executive Director of MacBank saying: "MacBank employees regularly misinform their department heads and Dept Heads (ie Allan Moss) regularly misinforms his Board" I mean, these were serious, serious alegations. Add to that suggestions of "off balance sheet slush funds", a total disregard for client confidentiality agreements, stealing clients business plans and then using them for their exclusive benefit, collusion between their research arm and their IPO division, Nick Moore's questionable purchase of MAP shares once they hit rock bottom and his lack of faith in MAP at IPO stage, etc., etc. It was like watching a live version of "The Firm"
Very disturbing stuff.
