Not always, but pretty much spot on - I prefer that Directors are also large stakeholders as well.
MGO has been clearly disappointing for some time and does not as yet fit the profile necessary for me to speculate on a re-rating yet. Always stays under notice though. Many companies do not reflect their true potential and worth - I am always wary of those and I am afraid MGO falls under that banner atm. Plenty of time for her to prove herself. No doubt she will have her day in the sun but not quite yet IMO.
