The reason why I have not invested in property is basically a matter of my age. I am in my 80s, and I'll not be able to spend what I have, because I never learned to how (I delegated that task to my deceased wife).
I like looking at the stock market, so it is a entertainment vehicle for me. I majored in both Economics and Business Admin when I studied for a B'Com degree, so I have a fair understanding of macro economics business and accounting. What I like to do is to take big positions in a few stock, and study them quite intensely. That is why I feel I know CCP well. It is my largest share holding, and I have been invested in it for a decade.
