    Just a single question relating to the following statement(s):

    "CSD specifically is somewhat stressed because of debt covenants -- which no one has articulated regarding a missed payment, probably because it's not public. CSD does not close up shop."

    Is this your thoughts or are you stating a fact?

    My sentiment is 'hold' because I know someone with a large number of shares bought at 5.5 cents is wanting to sell, plus settlement has yet to occur.
