if settlement doesnt happen this quarter shareholders would have to seriously consider their investment....perhaps thats the plan, keep the shareholders in the dark while that buyer hsbc perhaps a spi informed buyer slowly accumulates those long held shares from disgruntled holders......get on it asic, what do they know that we dont.....nobody in their right mind would buy as many shares as they have at this stage of the game unless they knew something we dont know OR had a serious gambling problem
