Sorry I am taking up bandwidth again, but I don't understand how people especially the financial media are failing to read this. Trump about about to unleash a $5 trillion time bomb on the US economy at a time when inflation hasn't been beaten, and is only in a cool-off. I think Powell sees it and that's why he isn't caving on rates, and bond traders definitely see it, as they always do, and they are responding by driving the long end higher. Japanese long end is making 20+ year highs and their auction this week was a total disaster.
Look around folks. The signs are literally everywhere, and every single property market commentator has it dead wrong. Property is finished, the bull market is over.
