Agreed, bond markets are suggesting interest rates are going up, I suggest mainly because of Trump induced uncertainty. But why do you think the property market is finished. Property prices in Sydney and Melbourne kicked off again in Feb as soon as rates were dropped and isn't this likely to continue now they have dropped again?
