Spartan holders would receive new Ramelius shares in the ratio, (whatever the share prices), for every 10000 SPR held at market close 22 July, they'll get 6957 RMS on 31st July, plus 25c for every share too.
My comment on the hedging possibly contributing to the SP trailing gold price rises, intended to reflect the fact that not all of RMS production achieves the currently higher spot prices. In fact I don't recall at any time since I started following RMS in 2018, where they weren't losing profit on their hedges. People say it can be an imposed condition for lenders but that's not relevant here with their free cash flow.
