    Last night spent time studying FKP. The analyst article that orig drew me to company focused on the 'retirement home' income streams. But i discovered this consitutes only about 25% of FKP's business. Rest in commercial property, residential construction etc. So took 2c loss and exited this morning. Lesson (hopefully) learnt: FULLY research company before investing. Seems obvious but i am too casual sometimes. Any HC readers like this stk?
