We mapped the mathematically probably market space within which Lynas trades recently to gain some clarity around where support was located in the abyss below that clients were concerned about.
These levels will be valid for a few weeks within a confidence buffer of +/-5% or so judging by the speed of the moves in the stock.
We did not take Lynas long on AUM due to risk profile however on PA I managed to trade it off model base circa 0.62 area into the 0.85 region for a nice model purchase trade.
Our expected zones of support would now imply that anywhere south of 0.76 would be a good place to start accumulating with stops located as indicated in the analysis.
I have just joined HotCopper so please excuse this model not having been mapped today however this will be the first post and the place that I return to post any relevant updated analysis.
