I guess that’s the nature of sales for any business. It’s not always linear. With regard to CS’s pay, I believe his yearly remuneration is around 2.5 to 3 million. The reason for last years reported earnings of 12.5 million was due to him offloading shares he had purchased several years ago under the employee share purchase plan.
