PE in a company like NXT is irrelevant at this stage imo. Over the next several years, NXT will build and fit out around 250mw’s in their dc’s. Now, how long will it take to fill them?? Well that’s why brokers have different opinions on what the current value is. As I have stated previously, once S2 opens, I think a takeover will occur. Who knows who is shorting atm but it may have something to do with this scenario in order to keep the price down. I think a takeover price will be between $8 and $10. Hope it doesn’t eventuate as this sector had years of huge growth ahead of it. Dyor and aimho.
