- US and world economy is slowing
- Interest rates in the US will come down which is good for capital intensive datacentre providers
- Treasuries and Growth stocks are where you want to be - PE's should expand as return on bonds and cash comes down
- Cloud companies are in early phases of growth with several years to run
- Mild recession further supports move to cloud as it can help with cost cutting measures
