Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure I heard on one of the bsiness channels that the Obama administration has promised to spend close to 3 trillion dollars but as of now they have only spent 5%.If thats the case and the world economy and that of the USA is improving then it stands to reason that they won't have to borrow so much to pay of the debt.What do the experts on this forum have to say? I'm no economist.
