Macron needs ONLY ONE person in Parliament ---------- the Prime Minister

and the Prime Minister - he can pick and choose and if he has one who won't agree to what he wants - he dismisses them at will -

when he has one who will do his bidding - he can use 49.3 to over ride Parliament
