Martis,
"I am a little confused macros with your above readings..
so going by your indicator its safe for me to go out and buy..yes?"
It is an indicator - a tool. I have not said to go buy or sell. The whole reason for me creating this was to have a way to gauge relative market value. Since I find it useful, I thought I'd share it and see if it is either of benefit to anyone else and for feedback to find areas of improvement.
"there is every chance that your indicator has not been updated due to future events..confused?"
It is based on forward expectations, and is therefore a relative value indicator based on those expectations. The future is in flux, so therefore this indicator can change on a regular basis.
"how about on a real basis? is currency devaluation good?"
No it isn't good. However, it is what it is. My point was that currency devaluation can result in a value that remains higher than it otherwise would be.
Cheers.
