On Wednesday 20th of October 2010 Justice Croft of the Victorian Supreme Court struck out the amended statement of the claim in the class action brought against Bendigo Bank by the law firm Macpherson + Kelly, -- that firm was given until the 23rd of November 2010 to launch another action or forever hold their peace.
Has any-one heard if in fact another action or an amendment has been launched as yet?
