One of the more sensible statements for a while Wilb...Oil Companies don't leave oil in the ground when it's profitable to recover it...
Anyone who reads updates knows exactly what FAR is trying to achieve and what it involves, so just let them get on with it...it's a seriously front loaded program where large amounts are spent before even larger amounts are recieved...
