in the news in the last 2 days are the figures that about 19, 000 australians each year die from two separate causes.
one is smoking
one is medical error.

how much money is spent preventing and treating the first by the taxpayer, and how much on the second?

As an "educated consumer", shouldn't we be asking our esteemed leaders if they're spending our tax money wisely?

Someday, somewhere, there will be the sound of a dropping penny....
