Note that the 'car' is on the wrong side of the gate, does not have a front numberplate, was leaking petrol and has been modified - presumably without a roadworthy certificate being granted.
All the talk of contaminating the environment, yet we have an idiot ramraiding a gate and letting fuel (containing btex chemicals) soak all over the ground. If the car had caught alight who would be blamed - for the occupant would surely have been severely injured at best due to their cemented state.
All fine to tell people to lock the gate, but this is hypocrisy at its best. I hope the court puts the foot down on the lot of them; a strong precedent is needed here.
