Well if people want to ramp/talk up stocks fine, so long as there is substance to it. Stating your beliefs and referring to the chart as evidence is fine, but why don't people do this.
No, too many people instead say buy this because i say so etc with no substance to the claim /
Real simple, substantiate the opinion you are stating with facts/charts etc and no one is going to have an issue.
