Whilst I am usually in agreement with anyone who suggests enthusiasm might be getting on top of rational thought processes - in this case, it's possible that demand will be driven by the patients. It will be impossible to keep those dramatic before and after shots quiet now that they are in the public domain.
As for competitors - I confess that I just don't know - other than existing treatments.
