    Thanks guys, AusZeph, I did try to think about it and decided not to project the 11% compound sector growth out past 2010, so for starters we can add that to the 2011 figures and nearly another $1bln for 2012. Also as Senoj points out it does not stop the underlying cause, such as peripheral artery disease, so while we reduce timing in the hospital for a specific wound they can be straight back again with another if they are still not taking care of themselves and making habit changing decisions. All that said I did mention in my post that it could be a higher % in overall market spend and it's easy for anyone to substitute it wioth the workings if they wish.

    I'm more interested in the fact that if we got to such a level where the whole sector spend was reduced because of VitroGro, then what sort of market share would we be getting?, it would have to be well over 50% penetration to have such an impact imo.

    RetireEasy, yep agree with where your thinking, although "if" there wasw some sort of upfront payment by the International partner then could we be looking at a special divy?
